ISO 9002 - a small company speaks out!
The following message typifies the feelings of a great many small companies on the matter of ISO9002, BS5750, ISO9000:2000 (or whatever the rules have declared the name must conform to next).

I would just like to say how much I support your opinion. We are a small company and like to do things how we feel they should be done and how the customer wants it done, not governed by a load of paper wafting, pound grabbing desk wallers who have come up with a great money making standard that consumes loads of time and gives some jerk a job. We are pleased to say we are not ISO 9002 registered because we have imagination and independence, and do it they way we feel on the day. Our quality is paramount, if it wasn’t we would n’t survive. PS 9002 has now been superseeded by 9000, isn’t that a backward step !!!? Jerv Jordan Jordan Engineering +44(0)1787 227695 www.jordanATVeng.com |
